It was way beyond my eexpectation. Louis the manager in charge, give us a free upgrade room and also very helpfull to search and buy tickets for us. And we also got help from Mia, the day when we checked out, she helped us to find the place we want to go before our departure to Hangzhou. Definitely will come back and also share with other relatives and friends. Keep up the good work Team Holiday Inn Express Nanjing Riverside. Cia yo...

This was easily the best hotel during our two-week trip in China. The hotel is brand new and in a fantastic location. The receptionist was so lovely and warm, and our room was exceptionally spacious with a beautiful riverside view. We also enjoyed the pretty good breakfast options each morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay and will definitely be returning!

Other than the accomodating facilities, I am mostly grateful for the staff. They always go out of their way to help me and I would specifically like to acknowledge the beautiful Mia Hong who made my stay so comfortable and welcoming. I would recommend this place if youre looking at staying for a layover in Nanjing. Great service !!
